By using Epubfy you agree to these terms. They're short, please read them.

Only convert files you have the right to use

You may only upload documents that you own or are allowed to convert — for example your own writing, documents you've been given permission to use, public-domain works, or files you may convert for personal use under the law where you live. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's copyright or other rights, or that is illegal. You are responsible for the files you upload and for what you do with the converted files.

Epubfy does not host, publish or share converted books: each result is available only through its private link and is deleted within 60 minutes.

Fair use of the free service

The free service is limited to 3 conversions a day, 30 MB and 600 pages per file. Don't try to get around the limits, overload the service, or use it automatically (scripts, bots). We may block access that abuses the service.

No guarantee

Epubfy is provided "as is". We work hard to make conversions accurate, but PDFs vary enormously and we can't guarantee that every document converts perfectly or that the service is always available. Always keep your original PDF. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss resulting from using the service.

Copyright complaints

If you believe Epubfy is being used to infringe your copyright, email hello@epubfy.com. Because files are deleted within an hour, there is normally nothing stored to remove, but we will take appropriate action against repeated misuse.

We may update these terms or change the service. The date above shows when the terms last changed. See also our privacy policy.
